Welcome to Clicky Bezel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Clicky Bezel ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Clicky Bezel

Clicky Bezel is an independent watch retailer based in San Francisco, California. We specialize in carefully curated watches and accessories from independent brands around the world.

2. Product Availability

We strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. However, due to in-store sales, inventory synchronization, supplier availability, or system updates, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this happens, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options, which may include:

A full refund
Waiting for a restock
An alternative product, if available

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes and cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Payment authorization issues

5. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturer production schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

6. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

8. Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not guaranteed and may be approved only at our sole discretion or where required by law.

Online Purchases

If your purchase arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so we can assist with troubleshooting, repair, or the manufacturer's warranty process.

At our sole discretion, we may approve returns of unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery for store credit or, in limited circumstances, a refund. Approved refunds are subject to a 3% restocking and payment processing fee, calculated from the original order total.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, protective stickers, and any promotional items included with the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or that show signs of wear, sizing, damage, or alteration.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Most watches sold by Clicky Bezel include the manufacturer's original warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration, and repair procedures vary by brand.

Warranty coverage generally does not include:

Accidental damage
Misuse or abuse
Water damage caused by improper use
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized modifications or repairs

We are happy to help facilitate warranty claims whenever possible.

10. Product Images & Descriptions

We work hard to accurately represent every product.

However, colors, finishes, dial textures, and materials may appear differently depending on your monitor or mobile device.

Minor variations from product images do not constitute defects.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, graphics, videos, written content, and branding, is the property of Clicky Bezel or its respective owners and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clicky Bezel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
