Visiting the Store

What are your store hours?
We’re currently open:
Monday – Sunday / 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Clicky Bezel is a small independent shop run by enthusiasts, so there may occasionally be times we’re assisting clients off-site, attending events, or filming content.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend checking our latest hours on Google or Instagram before visiting. You’re also welcome to text us at (415) 745-2348.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are always welcome.
That said, appointments are recommended if:
- You’re traveling from out of town
- You want dedicated time with specific watches
- You’re interested in higher-value pieces
- You’d like a quieter, more personal experience
We’re a community-focused store, but also a very small team, so appointments help us give you the best experience possible.
Where are you located?
We’re located at:
50 Maiden Lane
San Francisco, CA 94108
Right in the heart of Union Square, just around the corner from Goyard off Grant Avenue.
Where can I park?
Union Square parking can be busy, but there are several garages nearby within a short walk:
- Union Square Garage
- Sutter Stockton Garage
- Ellis O’Farrell Garage
Ride share is also a convenient option, especially during weekends and events.
Is your street pedestrian-only?
Maiden Lane is typically pedestrian-only during the daytime, which gives the area a more relaxed, walkable atmosphere similar to European shopping streets.
Vehicle access usually resumes later in the evening.
Products & Brands
What kind of watches do you carry?
We focus on independent brands, enthusiast-driven designs, and watches that are difficult to experience in person elsewhere.
Rather than carrying hundreds of models, we curate a smaller selection that reflects what we genuinely enjoy as collectors ourselves.
You’ll find a mix of:
- Microbrands
- Independent watchmakers
- Vintage-inspired designs
- Mechanical watches
- Strap and accessory brands
What brands do you currently carry?
Our lineup continues to evolve, but brands we currently work with include:
- Baltic
- Formex
- Kuoe
- Nivada Grenchen
- MAEN
- Vulcain
- Jack Mason
- KNIS Kyoto
- echo/neutra
- Beaubleu
- Delugs
- Kiwame Tokyo
- Anachronist
- True North Collections
Availability may vary depending on incoming shipments and events.
Will you be adding more brands?
Absolutely.
We’re intentional about who we partner with and prefer to grow carefully rather than carry everything at once. Our goal is to build a store that feels curated and discovery-driven, not overwhelming.
If there’s a brand you’d love to see at Clicky Bezel, feel free to reach out through our contact page.
Why don’t you carry larger mainstream luxury brands?
Our focus has always been on helping enthusiasts discover watches they may not normally get to experience in person.
A lot of larger luxury brands already have strong retail representation. We’re more interested in creating a space for independent makers, smaller brands, and enthusiast-focused pieces that deserve more visibility.
Can I try watches on in person?
Absolutely. That’s one of the main reasons the store exists.
Many of the brands we carry are primarily sold online, so being able to handle them in person, compare sizes, try on straps, and experience the finishing firsthand is a huge part of what we offer.
Do you sell vintage watches?
We occasionally carry a curated selection of vintage pieces, particularly vintage Seiko, King Seiko, Grand Seiko, and select Swiss watches.
Vintage inventory changes frequently and may not always appear online.
Events & Community
What kind of events do you host?
We regularly host enthusiast meetups, brand launches, collector gatherings, and community events at the store.
Past events have included:
- New brand launches
- Watch enthusiast meetups
- Whiskey tastings
- Industry guest appearances
- WindUp week gatherings
Our events are designed to feel welcoming whether you’re brand new to watches or a longtime collector.
How can I stay updated on events?
The best way is through:
- Our newsletter
- Eventbrite announcements
Some events may require RSVP due to space limitations.
About Clicky Bezel
What is Clicky Bezel?
Clicky Bezel started as a YouTube channel focused on watches, collecting culture, and enthusiast storytelling before evolving into a physical retail space in San Francisco.
Today, the store combines retail, community events, education, and content creation under one roof.
Who is Clicky Bezel for?
Anyone with an interest in watches.
Whether you’re buying your first mechanical watch or already deep into collecting, the goal is to create an approachable space where people can explore the hobby without pressure or pretension.
Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes. We work directly with the brands we carry and stand behind every product sold through Clicky Bezel.
Factory warranties and brand support apply to authorized products unless otherwise stated.
Why are your hours different from larger retailers?
We’re an independent business with a very small team, and a large part of what we do extends beyond traditional retail.
Between events, content production, brand meetings, and enthusiast gatherings, our schedule can occasionally shift. We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we continue growing.
