Refund policy

At Clicky Bezel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase while also protecting the condition and integrity of the watches we carry. Many of the brands we work with are small independent makers with limited production runs, so we ask customers to review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the watch must:
• Be completely unworn and unused
• Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and protective materials
• Show no signs of wear, sizing, strap changes, scratches, or handling
• Be returned in the same condition it was received

Once a bracelet has been sized or protective films have been removed, the watch is no longer eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pre orders and special orders
• Vintage watches
• Limited edition or allocated pieces
• Straps and accessories that show signs of use
• Any item marked final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

As an authorized retailer, all eligible watches are backed by their respective manufacturer warranty. We are happy to help facilitate warranty support and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis depending on inventory availability and item condition.
