Warranty terms vary by brand. In general, manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. They usually do not cover accidental damage, water damage caused by improper use, magnetization, normal wear, scratches, straps, crystals, batteries, or damage from unauthorized service.

Baltic
Baltic watches are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use, or failure to follow Baltic’s care instructions. Formex
Formex watches are covered by a 3 year warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover issues caused by mishandling, excessive shock, strong magnetic fields, unauthorized service, normal wear, scratches, strap wear, coatings, or external damage. Kuoe
Kuoe watches are covered by a 1 year warranty for manufacturer defects. The warranty covers movement manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, water damage, magnetization, drops, impacts, external wear, straps, glass, crowns, cases, unauthorized repairs, or customization. Nivada Grenchen
Nivada Grenchen watches are covered by a 2 year warranty. The warranty is valid when the certificate is dated and correctly completed. During the warranty period, the movement, hands, and dial are covered if the watch is proven defective in materials or craftsmanship under regular use. MAEN
MAEN watches are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. For pre orders, the warranty begins when the first owner receives the watch. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, including the movement, case, and crystal. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, fire, water, natural disasters, normal wear, battery replacement, strap wear, or cosmetic aging. echo/neutra
echo/neutra watches are covered by a 2 year international limited warranty from the date the product is received. The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to watch function. It does not cover improper use, moisture caused by improper handling, water exposure with the crown open, improper maintenance, straps, crystals, caseback glass, scratches, falls, impacts, or general wear. KNIS Kyoto
KNIS watches are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers internal movement problems and does not cover water damage, damage from natural causes, the watch band, glass, crown, exterior damage, or battery exhaustion after the initial delivery period. Kiwame Tokyo
Kiwame Tokyo watches are covered by a 2 year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers internal malfunctions occurring under normal use. It does not cover failures caused by external factors such as water damage, magnetization, detached hands, exterior damage, or natural wear of consumable parts such as straps and buckles. Jack Mason
Jack Mason watches are covered by a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal everyday use. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, scratches, water damage, extreme temperature damage, leather straps, acts of nature, negligence, lack of care, or unauthorized work. Beaubleu

Vulcain
Vulcain watches are covered by a 2 year international warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, provided the watch has not been opened. It does not cover theft, loss, fire, natural damage, mishandling, glass, non original parts, accessories, leather strap wear, battery changes, or unauthorized service. True North Collections
True North Collections watches are covered by a 1 year international warranty from the date of purchase for material or workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover glass, batteries, internal or external damage from excessive wear, improper use, mishandling, or service from an unauthorized service center. Artem Straps
Artem Straps offers a 2 year warranty from the date of order placement, with an additional month added to account for shipping delays. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including cracked, broken, or delaminated straps. It does not cover accidental damage, mishandling, or general wear and tear.
