Created to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, the Jack Mason Canton Day-Date: America 250 Limited Edition brings together American design, Swiss mechanics, and some of the most thoughtful detailing we've seen from Jack Mason.
The centerpiece is the deep navy dial, finished with a three-dimensional waving flag texture that reveals itself as the light moves across the surface. Gold-tone hands and applied markers provide contrast, while a multi-faceted Lone Star at the center gives a subtle nod to Jack Mason's Texas roots.
At 12 o'clock sits a full day-of-the-week display, while the date is positioned at 6 o'clock beneath an integrated magnifier. Rather than placing the magnifier on top of the crystal, Jack Mason engineered it underneath the sapphire, keeping the outer surface completely smooth.
Inside is a top-grade Sellita SW240-1 automatic movement, regulated by Jack Mason to an accuracy of ±5 seconds per day. Flip the watch over and the movement is visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback, complete with a custom gold PVD rotor inspired by the shape of Texas longhorn horns.
The 41mm hardened stainless steel case is paired with a seven-link bracelet featuring quick-release end links and an on-the-fly micro-adjustment clasp. With 150 meters of water resistance and a screw-down crown, this isn't simply an anniversary piece meant to sit in a box. It's built to be worn.
Final assembly, testing, and regulation are completed by Jack Mason's watchmakers in the United States.
