ABOUT THIS WATCH
Built to last, the Formex Field uses the sturdiest of available materials and a colorful selection of highly legible dials. The 40mm case and crown are made entirely from titanium grade 2. A special hardening treatment increases the Fields surface hardness from 145 Vickers to approximately 900 Vickers while retaining the light weight, comfort and hypoallergenic properties of titanium. The recessed numbers and hour markers give the dial a visible depth that is elevated by the curved outer chapter section. Numbers, markers and the brushed hands are hand-filled with old radium (100% safe) Super LumiNova that emits a bright yellowish-green at night. Adding a mere 5g to the case weight of 65g, the nylon velcro strap is durable and comfortable on the wrist. The leather straps come with Formex’s carbon composite clasp with a patented 7mm fine-adjustment. With a water resistance of 150 meters, the Formex Field Automatic is the perfect watch for any mission.

The Field case allows installing 3rd party straps with a width of 20mm and straight spring bars. All Field straps can be changed by hand without the use of tools. The carbon fiber composite folding clasp with patented fine adjustment system can be changed without tools and used for all Field leather straps.

FINE-ADJUSTMENT DEPLOYANT CARBON CLASP
Your Field leather strap comes on our new deployant clasp with a patented fine-adjustment. More intuitive to operate, the new version is fully made out of our proprietary carbon fiber composite. The micro-adjustment is now even easier to use and can be operated while the watch is on your wrist. Lightweight, smooth to the touch, ultra-durable and highly functional, this clasp is a real piece of engineering, making your watch even more comfortable to wear.
To keep your watch performing at its best, we recommend avoiding strong impacts, extreme temperatures, and prolonged exposure to moisture unless your watch is designed for water activities. After exposure to salt water, rinse the watch gently with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth.
For mechanical watches, regular wear helps keep the movement running smoothly. If the watch is not worn often, manual winding may be needed depending on the model. Quartz watches may require battery replacement over time.
Leather straps should be kept away from excessive water and humidity to preserve their appearance and longevity.
