Formex's most popular model comes in a 39 mm stainless steel case and features the brand's signature patented Case Suspension System. The COSC-certified movement ensures exceptional mechanical accuracy. With a height of just 10 mm, this is an enthusiast-favorite go-anywhere and do-anything, Swiss Made watch. The brush finish on case and bezel are perfectly rounded off with mirror polished bevels applied on the machined indexes, the hands, the stainless-steel bracelet and the deployant clasp with Formex's in-house developed; patented gradual 7 mm Fine Adjustment System.
Movement
The Essence ThirtyNine is powered by Sellita's highest quality grade SW200-1 Swiss Made Automatic movement, beautifully decorated and wound by Formex's custom skeletonized rotor. Each one of these movements is certified by the COSC and undergoes the meticulous 15-day rate test to ensure extraordinary levels of mechanical accuracy and precision.
Dial
The horizontal lines on the dial are one of the watch's most defining features. To achieve the crisp lines and sharp angles, each line has been CNC machined into the dial individually. The beveled date window at six o'clock blends in with color matched date wheels. The mirror polished bevels and the application of Swiss Super-LumiNova BGW9 on indexes and hands ensure legibility day and night.
Straps and Clasps
For a perfect fit and more comfort on the wrist at all times, the Essence leather and rubber straps are compatible with the in-house developed and patented Formex deployant clasp with a gradual 7 mm Fine Adjustment System. The stainless steel bracelet with a seamless butterfly clasp has a hidden Micro-Extension. All straps and the steel bracelet can be changed without the use of any tools and in just a few seconds.

To keep your watch performing at its best, we recommend avoiding strong impacts, extreme temperatures, and prolonged exposure to moisture unless your watch is designed for water activities. After exposure to salt water, rinse the watch gently with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth.
For mechanical watches, regular wear helps keep the movement running smoothly. If the watch is not worn often, manual winding may be needed depending on the model. Quartz watches may require battery replacement over time.
Leather straps should be kept away from excessive water and humidity to preserve their appearance and longevity.
